Visible organizer status
Organizer profiles show their current verification status. External directory listings are clearly labeled and send you to the organizer's official website to complete a booking.
Two booking paths on Voyaneer
Trips marked Instant booking proceed to payment after traveler details. Trips marked Approval required open payment only after the organizer accepts your request. A request alone does not reserve a seat. External trips are booked and paid for on the organizer's website.
Availability depends on the booking source
For trips booked on Voyaneer, availability accounts for prebooked places, active payment holds and confirmed bookings. External listings do not have live seat counts here. Confirm dates and places for your entire group with the organizer.
Confirm the terms before paying
Cancellation, change and refund terms vary by organizer and may be missing from a listing. Read the stated policy and ask the organizer for any missing terms in writing before paying. Do not assume a refund is available.
